I don’t know my participant numbers yet. Can I still submit a quote?
Yes! We can provide an approximate quote given the information you provide and can update when you have a better idea of participant numbers.
How much does Primal Dynamix cost?
Prices vary by type and length of program, number of participants, and activities. Request a Quote and we will be happy to provide a cost estimate.
Are there supervision and participation requirements?
Yes, some Primal Dynamix activities have supervision, height, weight, and age requirements. Request a quote, and we will be happy to suggest activities that work within our restrictions and your participants’ abilities.
What are your weather and cancellation policies?
WEATHER POLICY: Primal Dynamix will operate rain or shine but close for dangerous weather, such as thunderstorms or high winds. If we happen to close on the day of your event, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or provide a refund. If weather requires Primal Dynamix to cancel during your course experience, we can offer to reschedule the entire group or provide gift vouchers to return at your own convenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made by contacting the Guest Experience Manager that booked your activity and/or booking line at (866) 659-1336. Participants are responsible for ensuring that Primal Dynamix receives the request.
Upon acceptance of the Group Booking Offer by you through payment of the Initial Deposit, all requested changes to the Event shall be at the sole discretion of Go Ape. Except as set forth herein, all sales are final. The Group Booking shall be non-refundable and non-cancellable. If notice of cancellation of your Event is provided at least three (3) days prior to your Event date, your Group shall be permitted a one-time rescheduling of the Event at the time of cancellation. No other monetary refund, credit, refund gift card, rescheduling or any other reimbursement shall apply.
