Yes. Treetop activities have age and height requirements (see above). The maximum weight limit is 285 lbs per participant for aerial courses, however, there is no maximum weight for ground-based activities.

Changing areas may be limited. Please arrive dressed and ready for your adventure.

We recommend leaving valuables at home, but small lockers may be available at select locations. Do not bring anything that you aren’t comfortable leaving in your car.

We operate in light rain but may close for severe weather (thunderstorms, high winds, etc.). Rescheduling options will be provided if necessary.

Once a contract is signed for a group booking, cancellations are non-refundable. If notice of cancellation is made 3 days prior to the event, Primal Dynamix offers a one-time rescheduling.

No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

If we cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option.
